Event Springboard
Whether you are planning a B’nai Mitzvah, Wedding, or Regatta, this 3-hour workshop will get you started in the right direction, thinking of all the details so nothing falls through the cracks (or requires money thrown at it in the last minute), and on the course to a less stressful planning process.
With a wealth of experience from successfully executing 1000s of events, large and small, I will share best practices and suggestions to make your event uniquely YOURS.
Board and GM Guidance for F&B and Events
Whether you are new to the board or seasoned in governance, you are probably not an expert with Food & Beverage Management, beyond enjoying it. Perhaps your Events and Catering Department is in flux, or your GM has other areas requiring immediate attention. During this 3-hour workshop (broken into two 1.5-hour sessions) together we will generate a strategic plan for the management of all things Food & Beverage. We will analyze the sales, booking, and reservations process, marketing for dining as well as internal & external events, staffing talent, and banquet execution. You will have peace of mind as you move forward towards new F&B and Event leadership and maximum member engagement.
